Terms and Conditions
Although we make every attempt to provide an exact design and to match colors, custom cakes and desserts are a work of art. It may not be possible to match an exact shade of a color or design, but we will come as close as possible. The final product may be subject to slight variations. Also be aware the exposure to light can cause colors to change. We do not offer discounts or refunds if the exact shade of a color or design is not achieved or if a variation occurs due to lighting. If a major variation needs to be made we will communicate this to you and seek re-design approval.
Payment
Full payment is require 1 week before the event date. Your payment reserves your event date and is non-refundable.
The final date for any changes of size, style or flavors is seven (7) days prior to the event date. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
We will not offer refunds or exchanges for custom products that meet our quality standards once a cake has been delivered and “Accepted” by you or another designated party.
Delivery
Delivery is dependent on the location of the venue and will be stipulated in the final price.
We are not responsible for any damage to the goods after delivery is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the goods you have ordered. Some of our goods are heavy and require a sturdy table, especially cakes, and optimal room temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit or below.
Other
On occasion we will photograph our goods and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
